Shopping online can be tricky, depending on the screen you are using colors can look different or you could get the wrong size. I want you to feel happy about your purchase and therefore if you are not completely satisfied you can return it for a refund or exchange it.
In order to do so please bare in mind:
- From the day you receive the goods you have 7 working days to notify me via email : email@example.com I will then send you the instructions you must follow for returns.
- I cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition. Garments must come in their original packaging with labels intact.
- If the garments have been worn or have been damaged after purchase then I’m sorry but I won’t be able to refund them.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item (unless the product arrived damaged or was not correct). Shipping costs are non-refundable I will refund the amount you paid for the garment only.
- Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to me as I can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive to me.
- When I receive your items and check they are in perfect condition I will refund the amount within a period of 30 working days.
If you would like to exchange for a different fit or style please feel free to return it for an exchange. Please bare in mindI can not guarantee that your required size will be in stock by the time I receive your exchange.
